In addition to short and long-term art installations for developers, restaurants, law firms, offices and other venues, Raandesk offers art consultation services for both corporate and private clients in the New York area and beyond. Services include portfolio reviews in home or office, Raandesk Art Rental, artist studio visits, collection management and artwork installation.

Art Rental
Raandesk Art Rental is a convenient, efficient way to add artwork to a space. Works are available for:
- Enhancing an apartment or property for sale or rent
- Creating a contemporary atmosphere for a special event
- Set decoration for film or video productions
- Adding color and visual interest to an interim location, office or space
- “Living” with artwork before committing to a purchase
No matter what the need, we can assist with your goals and objectives for borrowing work from the Raandesk Collection. Things to consider for art rental:
- Think about the look and feel you’re trying to achieve for your space. Will visitors interact with the art? Will it be a reflection of your company / office / home / personality?
- Browse through the Raandesk Collection and take note of the styles and types of artwork that catch your eye, including artist name and artwork title, to compliment your space.
- Measure the space and areas you wish to place the art. Will there be enough room to view the art? Will there be adequate lighting? Artwork should be proportionate to the wall where it will hang, and sculptural pieces should be able to be viewed from all angles.
- Contact us with your inquiry, citing your rental needs, approximate sizes of the walls or spaces that you’re seeking to install and the type of atmosphere you’re seeking to create. Be sure to include the names of the artists and artworks that you’re interested in, how long you’d like to rent, and the rental location. We will reply to obtain any other details and we’ll respond with a list of works available to suit your needs within 48 hours.*
*A site visit may be required to determine precise needs and to make the best recommendations for artwork. This will be determined based on the rental scenario.
Based on our recommendations, you can select the pieces to rent and we will deliver them and assist in installation for a nominal fee. Client is responsible for any additional shipping or delivery fees from locations beyond Raandesk’s geographical range (NYC).
Rental fees are required in advance based on a weekly rental rate, and a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit will be returned upon return of all artwork and final rental fee payment.
